2. Using the Service

Acceptable use

Use the service to generate proposals for legitimate freelance or agency work.
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Comply with the terms of platforms where you submit proposals (e.g. Upwork).
Do not misuse AI outputs to spam clients or misrepresent your experience.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support.

3. Content & AI outputs

You retain ownership of content you submit (job descriptions, profile data, training examples, and portfolio links). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated proposals are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring they accurately represent your skills and experience before sending them to clients.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated proposals will win jobs, meet platform policies, or be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidPitch AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
